In First Grade, we take grades in Reading, Grammar, Spelling, Math, PE, and Conduct. Any grade from 0-59 is considered an F (failing). Any grade from 60-69 is considered a D (not on grade level). Any grade from 70-79 is considered a C (average). Any grade from 80-89 is considered a B (on grade level). Any grade from 90-100 is considered an A (excellent and on/above grade level).

Handwriting, Science, and Social Studies are not given numerical grades, but they receive the following: S (Satisfactory), N (Needs Improvement), U (Unsatisfactory), and I (Incomplete).
